GuessMe is an iPhone game developed by iVision Technologies. This addictive guessing game tasks players with choosing a category from a variety of topics, and then sending hints to your opponents. The hints can be composed as text or sent as audio. Guess the answer with as few hints as possible!
You can find others to play GuessMe with by searching for contacts by Facebook, username, or email. You can also select a random opponent. To start a game, just select from categories like male singers, female singers, political leaders, sports stars, cars, actors, landmarks, philosophers, or animals.
Additional categories can be purchased in the GuessMe in-app store. These categories cost 100 coins to unlock, and include things like authors, chemical elements, famous cities, Disney, and the law.
After you select your category, you get your three choices of “solutions.” For example, if you picked “animals” as a category, you would have three options to choose from: Easy (Ape), Medium (Falcon), or Hard (Coyote.) The harder the clue, the more coins you get as a reward.
If you want to get rid of the annoying banner ads, you can upgrade to ad-free from within the app (and get 100 coins as a bonus.) Upgrading cost $1.99. A pack of 500 coins costs $3.99, while just 150 coins cost $1.99.
