What’s bugging you? If the thing on your mind has been iOS bugs, specifically failed FaceTime calls, then Apple has a pair of fixes for you. Fire up your compatible — there are restrictions — iPhone, iPod touch and/or iPad and get updating because iOS 6 and iOS 7 updates are now available!

First up is iOS 7.0.4, which has the same system requirements as iOS 7 — iPhone 4 or later, iPad or later, iPad mini or fifth gen iPod touch. As these updates go, this one is rather unsexy — bug fixes and improvements, including a fix for an issue that causes FaceTime calls to fail for some users.

I just installed it on my iPad 3 without incident. The process took 10 to 12 minutes, smooth.

And, then there is iOS 6.1.5, which is targeted at fourth gen iPod touch owners only. Additionally, this update only fixes the failed FaceTime calling issue noted above.

That said, iOS 6.1.5 installed quickly and seamless on my son’s fourth gen iPod touch, done.

Did the iOS 6 or iOS 7 updates fixes your wagon or are you still a squeaky wheel looking for grease?
