The Rambo actor, Sylvester Stallone has been assumed dead by numerous folks on the internet. Of course, the rumor mill was started by a fake news creator, and this story has been gaining a lot of traction ever since.
The actor was also caught up in a similar storm back in the month of September in 2016, it was claimed by some Facebook users that Stallone was found dead in his house in Los Angeles. However, the hoax was later exposed; a website known for creating false rumors was reportedly the source (it hasn’t been revealed).
After almost a year and a half, the work of the hoaxgaters is back in the picture. It all started with, Sylvester Stallone sharing a fan-made poster of “Creed 2” on Instagram. The pic also shows Sly face, which triggered huge reactions from people on the social media.
People still believing that Sylvester Stallone is dead from the last hoax, reacted sympathetically, and few were left dazed, continuously trying to find answers.
The words spread incredibly fast on the internet, it didn’t take much time for twitteratis to get their fingers at work. A huge number of started tweeting their sympathies and some also tweeting that he had died from prostate cancer.
Not all got carried away with the words of twitteratis though, some of them wanted to find the truth and they started questioning. One of the users of Twitter shared these words “Is Sylvester Stallone dead or is Facebook lying again?”.
Another user, after finding out the truth that Sylvester is alive and well, tweeted:
“Omg I thought Sylvester Stallone was dead!! I hate the internet”.
During the last hoax, the Rocky actor had to post a picture of himself on social media saying that he was alive and well. However, this time, the internet hasn’t heard from him but rest assured he is alive and well.
