As on today, Google Now, is an Android-only app that aims to provide users with “the right information, at just the right time”. The app aggregates bits of information which users may need throughout their day, all in one place. This includes things such as flight notifications, weather, traffic, reservations, packages, birthdays, transit information, stocks, movie times and more.
So far, android fans have enjoyed parading and bragging about such a unique application, which Apple users were deprived of. Until now.
If the leaked video is to be believed (pictured above), Google reportedly posted this promotional video to YouTube accidentally. It was quickly taken down, but not before an Engadget tipster snatched a copy of it.
The leaked video has since been pulled from YouTube and appears to feature the same voice actress as the original Google Now announcement for Android devices.
Reports suggest that Google Now will be accessible in an upcoming iOS app update simply by swiping up from the main screen. Of course, there’s always the chance that is an impressive fake or even a canceled project that’s only just being leaked today. It is also reported that Google have remained silent thus far in regards to the rumours of the possible emergence of Google Now iPhone & iOS version.
For comparison, the original Google Now launch video for Android devices is on YouTube.
