Here’s a quick primer as to what each led color can provide.

Light blue works along the 510nm wavelength and brings a refreshing session to tired-looking skin. A LED mask with light blue can be used to treat inflammation. Moreover, it can prevent skin allergies and stave off the harmful rays of the sun.

Red

Red’s 650nm light characteristic is for improving blood flow in the facial area. It’s a common color in most led therapy face mask because of its versatility. It can mitigate sun damage and reduce the appearance and duration of rosacea, acne and others.
