LG G5 Specs Leaked, To Arrive With Metal Build and Dual-Camera

The specs of the upcoming LG G5 were leaked. Thanks to a post made by user mobile_leaks on Reddit. Although we have no way of proving if the details posted is legit, user mobile_leaks provided a photo of the said smartphone that shows the device’s rear camera along with a screenshot of its hardware information.

In the past, there have already been rumors of the launch date of the LG G5. With the alleged launch date drawing near, it is reasonable that we are seeing more leaks.

It seems that user mobile_leaks has seen the LG G5. From the information provided, the leaker did not mention how large the battery capacity will be but mentioned that it is most likely to be non-removable. It isn’t known if it will have wireless charging.

Right now, we don’t know what LG’s plans for a dual-camera set-up. Yet, if it will be something like what HTC did with the M8. We might see the LG G5 allowing users to take pictures that permit adjustment of focus even after the photo is taken. Aside from that, it can also be use for an HDR set-up.

Mobile_leaks mentioned that the smartphone will come with a software out-of-box that “feels like stock Android and very fast.” This is something to look forward to especially for users who are fond of vanilla Android and don’t appreciate the tweaks done by LG in the past. However, the leaker said that the launch date is still undetermined and it is possible that the product he has seen wasn’t final.
