Meeting Mapper is an iPad app developed by Point N Time Software, LLC. This app is designed to make your meeting notes more useful, and to raise accountability for post-meeting action items.
Named one of the Top 10 Mobile Apps to Make Your Business More Productive in 2013 by Forbes Magazine, Meeting Mapper is a robust little tool that lets you capture notes during a meeting.
In addition, this app tracks the level of participation of all the meeting attendees, and helps you to assign action items post-meeting.
There is a robust array of features included in this app. You can schedule or clone meetings, and add meeting data to your iPad calendar.
You can also take note of who attended the meeting, as well as how they voted on any pertinent issues. It’s also a good tool for tracking whether meeting attendees are actively participating, or just using their meeting time as break time.
In addition, you can create both private and public-facing reports. Moreover, the Meeting Mapper app also lets you assign “action items” to attendees, and send them email messages with further information.
But all these cool features would be meaningless without a good interface. Thankfully, Meeting Mapper has a pretty good interface. While it’s not the most user-friendly UI I’ve seen, it’s practically friendly compared to a lot of other business productivity tools I’ve used over the years.
Meeting Mapper works with Evernote, Box, Dropbox, and Salesforce. Because it offers so many cool features in an attractive interface, Meeting Mapper gets a Tapscape score of 9 out of 10. This app makes meetings suck less, and that’s a great thing.
Meeting Mapper requires iOS 5.0 or later. Compatible with iPad.
