While the Battlefield and Call of Duty franchises duke it out on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the Modern Combat series offers a first person shooter experience matched by few.
Yesterday Gameloft revealed Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation, the latest addition to its popular mobile franchise. The third entry takes place in an apocalyptic environment, where players must defend their homeland from invasive enemies.
The campaign will reportedly feature thirteen unique missions alongside an ambitious multiplayer experience that hopes to offer six maps and modes. ‘Fallen Nation’ hopes to support up to 12 players a time and an intricate ranking system.
While the developer refused to reveal an official release date, Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation should hit the App Store before November comes around.
