HMD Global has recently announced the launch of several devices, including that of the rebooted Nokia 3310, Nokia 5, Nokia 3, and the highly anticipated Nokia 6. The devices are set to be released onto 120 markets all at the same time in Q2 2017.Therefore, users can anticipate the release of new devices in the coming few weeks.
It is stated that the Nokia 3310 will be released by the end of April, with the legendary old device making a comeback ever since it’s initial release 17 years ago, in September of 2000. Users of the old device have anticipated it’s comeback for quite some time now, with the hype building up in the past few months. With more than 126 million units sold worldwide, it is set to sell even more with it’s 2017 release.
In addition, HMD Global promised to release the Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 a few days after, making a supposed launch in mid of May. However, most Nokia fans have built a high anticipation for the release of the Nokia 6, which will make its appearance at the end of the month of May.
The specifications of the Nokia 6 will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display, a Snapdragon 430 SoC chipset, 4GB RAM, up to 64 GB of internal storage with a microSD slot going up to 256 GB external memory, 3000 mAh battery, 16 MP rear facing camera, an 8 MP front facing camera with aperture of f/2.0 and an integration of a standard fingerprint scanner.
HMD Global has not released any official declaration at the exact dates of release for the each devices dispatch. However, this news comes months after HMD Global reported these Nokia smartphone devices amid the MWC conference in 2017.
