Verizon HTC One is Coming
The HTC One is officially coming to Verizon. As announced in a tweet by the company, Verizon will be available on the Verizon 4G LTE network later this summer.
Widely regarded by many to be the best smartphone currently available on the market, the HTC One is a true Android flagship device. With a super high-def 4.7-inch display, sleek lines and Android Jelly Bean 4.1 out-of-the-box, the HTC One is certainly a handset to be reckoned with. The HTC One is already available in the U.S. on Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile so the only question remaining is why it has taken Verizon so long.

Verizon haven’t yet announced any further details about their version of the HTC One and whether or not they will be adding any of their own ‘customizations’. There’s a good chance that the Verizon HTC One will include a number of their own pre-loaded apps. Further details on pricing and plans are also yet to be revealed, but will be sure to fall in line with offerings from the other major carriers.
For those people looking for a completely unadulterated version of the HTC One, you won’t have long to wait. Google’s SVP of the Chrome and Apps division Sundar Pichai recently announced that the HTC One Google Edition will be coming to the Google Play store in just a few short weeks.
